		Controls the complete welding process. Jetline systems and controls can be integrated into a full welding system with the addition of the 9500 System Controller. The 9500 Controller is an inexpensive, microprocessor-based system with unique software written to provide a high level of control of the welding process. The unit is capable of controlling any arc welding process and, although designed primarily for the control of Jetline equipment, will control other manufacturer’s equipment and welding systems. The 9500 Controller is a compact control which can be mounted close to the welding arc. The unit controls up to four welding parameters, data entry is through a diaphragm-type keypad. Programming of the system could not be easier, the menu-driven software guides the operator through the complete process. All the parameters, welding current, arc voltage, travel and wire feed speed are entered as real numbers and displayed on the fluorescent screen. Optional software modules permit the system to be "personalized" for a specific application.
