Description:
This is a unique Jetline adaptation of a standard seamwelder. The major problem in the use of longitudinal seamwelders is the time required for the loading of the part for welding. This is a time consuming process and is not compatible with the needs of high production.
Jetline’s range of automatic seamwelders overcomes this problem. A specially designed mandrel with custom-designed tooling operates in conjunction with tabletop-mounted aligning and hold-down devices to completely automate the loading, aligning and part clamping processes.
The success of Jetline automatic seamwelders is based upon the unique 9500 microprocessor control. Both the loading and welding operations are automatically controlled; closed loop control of the welding parameters provides consistent, accurate welding conditions. Encoder weld length control provides "edge to edge" welding - every time.
