BENCHMASTER ROTARY WELDING POSITIONERS
		Modular design and a wide choice of system components lets you create a cost-effective solution to your needs. The Benchmaster series of welding positioners allow you to produce a custom-engineered system for your particular requirements. Using standard, interchangeable parts, a system can easily be assembled and modified whenever necessary to cope with changes in your production needs. Benchmaster equipment includes: Gear Driven Weld Positioners with tilt  Powered Turning Rolls and Idler Rolls Tailstocks Support Structures Mounting slides and torch mounting brackets Microprocessor controls Benchmaster Rotary Welding Positioners Available for parts weighing from 75 to 500 lb. (34 to 225 kg). All models feature DC controlled motors (except ZB-75ACA) with adjustable rotation speed. A large range of different output speeds is available. Benchmaster Powered Turning Rolls When used in combination with a set of idler rolls, will rotate parts weighing up to 2,000 lb.
