Description: This system consists of three pairs of head and tailstocks mounted on a common base. Three welding heads are mounted on carriages behind the rotational fixture.
The parts to be welded are of an elliptical section and each head includes a three axis tracking system to maintain the correct torch position as the part is rotated. The parts are joined by the TIG welding process.
