Description:

The CWP2-24 is the mid-sized Jetline precision lathe. It has a part carrying capacity of 200 lbs. (90 kg) and is available in various bed lengths - the one illustrated has a part length capacity of 24" (600 mm).

The headstock can be fitted with special tooling or can be supplied with a precision three-jaw, self-centering chuck. Manual or air-operated collet facilities are also available for the precision rotation of parts with smaller diameters.

The tailstock is shown with a live center. A faceplate is also available for the mounting of custom tooling.

A particular feature of this type of lathe design is the flexibility of designing special systems. More than one headstock can be mounted on a common base. Synchronously driven head and tailstock combinations are also possible.
