Wheel Welders, and Coil Splicers

Jetline Wheel Welders are ideal for the after-market industry

If you have a need to weld automotive wheels, you need a Jetline Wheel Welder. These units are self-contained to hold, position and weld wheel centers to rims. They are suitable for steel, chrome or plain, as well as aluminum, wheels.

For steel wheels, there is a four torch and a five torch model; they are suitable for the production of a continuous weld or for the welding of spokes. For aluminum, a two torch system with push/pull wire feeders is available.

Coil Splicers prepare and weld sheets

Primarily used for the joining of coiled sheet material for continuous processing, the coil splicer consists of a standard Jetline LWB style longitudinal seamwelder with an integrated shear to prepare the mating edges of the materials. They are used in strip lines.
