Wheel Welder
		Application: Welding of steel wheels. Process: Multi-torch MIG welding process. Capacity: Systems are made to order. Description: This system is available with four or five MIG welding guns. The guns are mounted on a fixed headstock and the wires are fed from a specially constructed wire feeder. The wheel is rotated on a turntable, after loading, this turntable raises to lift the wheel to the welding guns. A shuttle mechanism is employed to automatically load the wheel on the turntable, a similar mechanism is supplied to automatically unload the wheel after welding.
